Gary Sparks

From radio contests to full-time property investor, Gary Sparks brings over 15 years of mentoring and coaching experience.

Originally from Melbourne, Gary moved to Brisbane to pursue a one-year contract with B105 radio station as Marketing and Promotions Director. Yes, he was responsible for “beat the bomb”, “battle of the sexes” and even “a trip a day to LA” However, with a passion for property and some success in renovations he completed his radio contract and became a mortgage broker.

Gary believes that property is a safe and reliable way that ordinary Australians can build extra-ordinary wealth and was lucky enough to work with exceptional mentors who taught him the fundamentals of property investing but most importantly what it takes to build wealth. Like any endeavour, to be really good and achieve real results, it pays to be coached or mentored

With a success mindset, passion for property and skills developed over 15 years, Gary managed to acquire a substantial portfolio of properties around Australia and even obtain his dream home.

Gary’s ambition now, along with the team at Client First, is to give back. Just like a doctor with a cure for a disease has a responsibility to share that cure, Gary believes he has a responsibility to share the cure to a disease that effects nearly 90% of retiree…….Poverty in retirement.

“By listening and understanding the client’s needs, Client First present a conservative solution that will help them achieve their wealth goals, a solution that will change their lives forever.”
